How to Order

All of the items contained within the shop are grouped by category. Many of the items appear in more than one category.

To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If the item has options available (e.g. size or colour) you should select your desired option before clicking on the button. If you require a quantity other than 1 you should also enter this before clicking on the button.

Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" link. To remove an item from your basket simply enter a quantity of 0 and click on the "Update Basket" button. Your basket also displays the delivery charge associated with your order and allows you to select the delivery option you require.

Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket or by clicking on the "Checkout" link.

You must now decide how you will pay for your order. Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via WorldPay, alternative methods are available for those who do not have a credit card or who do not wish to pay on-line. From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions associated with each payment method.

Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.

If you require guideline currency conversions, we recommend the XE.com Personal Currency Assistant.

We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of receiving your payment. If we cannot, we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel your order.

Each item in the shop belongs to a specific delivery band. The total delivery charge for your order is calculated by adding together the charge for each item subject to the maximum amount given below.

Maximum	£6.50	£20.00

For example, if you are in the UK and have three items in band B you will be charged £6.50; if you are overseas and have two items in Band A then you will be charged £5.00.

In all cases the shopping basket automatically calculates and displays the amount of postage you will pay each time you add an item to it.

The delivery charge does not include customs, brokerage and other fees which differ from country to country. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery by the shipping company.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it by contacting us. Please note that this does not apply to Extravaganza tickets or where you have requested a quick turnaround service.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return unused items within 30 days and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that this does not apply to Extravaganza tickets and that we are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are faulty/damaged or if we have made a mistake.
